About Planet Million
One million residents. One dollar each. Then the planet is complete, and nothing can ever be added to it.
What do I get?
An address on the planet (#1 to #1,000,000), a one-of-a-kind nickname and a pixel avatar, written to the Solana blockchain forever. Your address comes with a home in one of the planet’s seven places, from the open sea to the mountains, and a card to share.
Why a nickname, not my name?
Nothing on the planet can ever be erased, so it holds no personal information. Your nickname and avatar are yours alone without revealing who you are. Only you know which address is yours, unless you share your card.
Can I choose my nickname?
You pick a theme, how many words, and what kind of word goes where. Re-roll until you love it, and lock the words you want to keep. Every nickname is unique: once it’s taken, it’s taken forever.
Avatars are drawn from a number by a published algorithm, so anyone can redraw yours exactly.
What does “complete” mean?
The planet is a smart contract capped at 1,000,000 residents. Its code is public and, after a short announced launch period, can never be changed again, so not even its creator can add spot number 1,000,001. Verify the contract.
Do I need crypto?
No. Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link or Revolut Pay. If you do use crypto, you can pay from your own wallet in USDC, USDT or SOL on Solana, USDC or USDT on Ethereum, or USDC on Base. Either way, we keep your residency safe for you, and whenever you like you can ask us to move it to your own Solana wallet from your order page. No wallet? We can make one for you right there, in your browser: you write down its 12-word recovery phrase, and it opens in Phantom or any other Solana wallet.
Can I choose my address?
Yes, any address that’s still free. Not sure which? The number helper finds birthdays, palindromes, lucky digits and more.
Where on the planet will I live?
Every address sits in one of seven places: the open sea, the coast, the plains, the forest, the desert, the mountains or the ice caps. About half the planet is dry land. Checkout tells you where an address is before you pay, and the number helper can find free addresses by place, such as anywhere on land or deep in the forest. Your address’s place never changes.
What happens at #1,000,000?
The last address is taken and the planet fulfils its destiny: a permanent snapshot of who was here in 2026. Yes, we’ll throw a small party. Online. For a million people.
Is the planet real?
The planet, its star Anlos and its moon Tally are a story. The ledger is real: every resident is recorded on the Solana blockchain. Planet Million is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by the Solana Foundation. Read the story.
